Exchange Policy
Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photos and order details emailed to support@cosmart.pk.
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Once approved, we will provide the return address.
Shipping & Handling:
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
A 30% handling and shipping fee applies. However, 10% will be refunded if the product is received unopened.
Refunds:
Processed to the original payment method within 1–2 weeks after return receipt.
It may take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
